Veteran's Village Initiative
We are searching for the land to build our flagship tiny home Veteran community in the Augusta, GA area. We want to purchase this land before the end of 2023 so we can begin the building process and get Veterans off of the streets as soon as possible! Your donation today will assist us in securing the land needed so that we can grow our community as the need arises!
At Housing Our Homeless Vets, our mission is to end veteran homelessness in America. For us, this fight begins with our Veteran’s Village Initiative program. With this program we are creating all-veteran “tiny home” communities across the United States. We will provide long-term transitional housing for veterans in need. Within these communities, we will assist veterans by not only providing them with consistent shelter, but also assisting them with job placement, meal prep, transportation, benefit management, counseling and more. We want to make sure we are not only helping solve a veteran’s shelter problem, but also assisting them to identify, resolve and heal what may have put them there in the first place.
It doesn’t matter when, where, how long or their discharge status; we just want to assist veterans in getting back on their feet in whatever way we can. Help us grow our Veteran's Village Initiative program and end Veteran homelessness!
